>> i would be concerned about any nurse that didn't have the background to independently function after two days of orientation. >> we reached out to public health. they didn't return calls to confirm if the hospitals are training nurses. this afternoon the officials announced the county only has 50 empty beds left. under no circumstances should icus be staffed with nurses who aren't fully trained. >> it's not safe for the nurses. the general public. it's not safe. >> i think most organizations would not. >> all right. take a look at the lock down. it's already having a dramatic impact on businesses. on the left a bustling saturday night. when out door dining was allowed. tonight on the right streets are nearly deserted. the lock down is expected to last until early january.
