a shirt/jacket. it's a "good housekeeping" favorite. everybody loves a twofer and adds dimension to your whole look and you can again wear this as a layering piece and not just as a jacket. you want to have fun and throw blanket scarves or shawls over it. both under $100 and nice and comfy cozy. >> nobody wants to actually put on fitted clothes right now. is athleisure getting a blowup in 2021. sara russell is showing off what appears to be that look. >> that's right. it is getting a glowup and getting a rebrand calling it athflow for 2021. that's like an upgrade of athleisure. insped of span tex, you want to think cotton and flowy and sara right now is wearing a cotton jumpsuit from old navy under $50. this is a great piece that you can wear in the spring into the

7:38 am
flavor and cream cheese and pesto and that flavor will wake you up. give it to the kiddos. if they don't like it, it's okay. use pizza sauce and top it off after you put on the egg and the sausage and bell peppers put cheddar on there or even some mozzarella. a good one plus if you're going low carb because we're starting over, hey, then an open face bagel is the way to go. >> yeah, they look really good and smell really good but, everybody, we don't just have one pizza. we have two pizzas for you. next one is a tex-mex enchilada pizza and make it in a skillet. >> that's right, yes. super easy way, first off we get veggies or meat and season it up with onion, you'll just toss in some taco seasoning or chili powdery instead of the tomato sauce we'll use enchilada sauce,
7:39 am
hey, pour some of that, get it nice and soupy, sort of not too much on there and we'll use a cast iron skillet and the good thing about that skillet is this. first off you get a uniform pizza so it doesn't come out looking like crazy like what is this glob? it is a perfectly shaped round pizza and, plus, the cast iron will help it to cook uniformly all the way through and lifts right on out. once you get your meat or veggie ground cooked up i got onion in here with chili powder or track co-seasoning i know you have. ginger, you have it? >> we have some fit men cook seasonings around and that keeps us happy with every meal but including this one. >> thank you, ginger. see, we'll add it right in here to our pizza dough and just smooth it out. get the kiddos involved. then since this is tex-mex we'll add in some of that tex-mex flavor so we've got black beans here, we'll sprinkle those on.
7:40 am
if you want to cook those up with the meat, you can do that too and then get yourself some bell peppers. bell peppers will add a very nice crunch plus the different colors, antioxidants, 2021. we have to do things differently and put that on there and then just a little bit of tomato if you want to. roma tomato diced up. sprinkle right on top. what is the most important part of a pizza, ginger zee? >> i would say it's the cheese. >> don't forget the cheese i say so too. i have mexican blend cheese here, monterey jack and cheddar and sprinkle that on top and then the cool thing about this is that the cast iron skillet cooks so much faster so i'm talking about you literally have about ten minutes to go and then all of a sudden you have this delicious gorgeous pizza right here. i already got one fired up for y'all and it lifts right out of the skillet. >> it's really gorgeous.
