say they don't even have enough doses right now. abc7 news reporter amy hollyfield is live with more on frustrated area seniors who are trying to make appointments, amy. >> reporter: good morning, jobina. yeah its been tough. the city of asphyxiatisan franc working on setting up a site at oracle pardon me park. and it can't come soon enough. we are hearing story after story of seniors trying to get the vaccine with no luck. sutter health and kaiser permanente set up vaccine phone lines but they were overloaded with calls. governor gavin newsom says california is can now start vaccinating over the age of 65 but bay area counties say they aren't ready for that. they are still struggling to vaccinate the 75 and older crowd. >> my father has been trying to get to an appointment to get vaccinated and he's been on hold for two hours and still hasn't spoken to anyone. but yaw i'm pretty worried.
