coverage beginning at 6:00 a.m. developing news, crews are making significant progress against wildfires. they are working right now to beat back the flames of four smaller fires, the lso-called 7 acres and 20% containment. cal fire said at least ten blazes broke out since last night. some of the fires burned in areas scorched in last year's lightning complex fire. >> wind, really, really hard. burn the branches. they start falling down. not long ago we had the big fires. well, everything still in our minds. >> reporter: about 100 homes were evacuated near watsonville. no reports tonight of any buildings damaged. it was so blustery out there today. the good news tonight is that the winds are easing. >> yeah, dan, they certainly are. let's check in with sandhya
