coverings. and a seconds mass vaccination site in san francisco we've learned is expected to open this week. the moscote location is a goal of 5,000 shots a day. but they'll not hit that number kbtd soon, given how scarce the supply is. another site is planned for the produce market. overwhelming response to a vaccine clinic for seniors. it will be held at the benicia senior ceptor for people 75 and older in salono county. they need to check in on east l street. they first announced the clinic on friday and says all 1400 slots were filled by saturday froorn. the city of los angeles is setting opprotest zone to prevent this from happening again. they shut down the mass

they arrested him yesterday after a stand off at the rocky hill veteran's apartments. after trying to negotiate, they stormed the apartment and used the taser on weber. police say he was already wanted for a flb of felonies. they heard from more than a hundred residents, many of whom called for the removal of a statue on the corner of west st. james and julian street. it went up in 1988 to commemorate one of the first mayors. but his legacy has divided the community there. activists say the statue is racist because of his treatment of native people and embodies american imperialism. outside, where we are tracking more rain heading our way right now. you can see the dark clouds in the sky. drew tooma with a look at the timing and where we'll see most of that ron. drew. >> reporter: we're already

traffic began flowing again at 4:00 this afternoon. and a they arrested a man last week, where they say it was known that person was known to steal items from the store and return them. the suspect has made off with over $4.5 million from home depot locations throughout california. even though we are in the middle of winter, bicycling has become a popular way to get exercise. er for it's so popular, bike stores are having trouble keeping up with demand, with some people paying more for bikes. >> obviously, riding is a great way to get exercise. be outdoors. ride solo. so, the demand is certainly been an excruciatingly high level for a long time. we expect supplies to be low

especially over the open waters right now. i do want to put this into motions. most of the activity is going to drift at the north and a lot of it is falling apart. we get isolated drizzle over the north bay in the next couple of hours. here's live doppler 7. the wider picture in northern california. and this will be the front with some moderate to heavier showers that will move through tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow evening. ahead of that front, today, it was pretty mild. a lot of us made it to low, if not mid-60s in the front. again, tomorrow, we'll have the mild air before the cold front moves through. level one light system to more afternoon and evening, lingering to tuesday. it does turn breezy. wind gusts 20 to 30 miles per hour. but nowhere near the strong winds we experienced last week.

4:00 p.m. tomorrow afternoon, the front is in the north bay, bringing light to moderate rain into scattered down pours. by 8:00, 9:00, we expect the rain to move through san francisco, oakland, and approaching the south bay. the south bay is going to take its time getting to you. so, likely close to midnight is when we expect rain to arrive in the south bay. and when it does, it's going to linger for tuesday. so, by 8:30 in the morning. south of the golden gate bridge, we'll atatack the shower said continuing. i think the good estimate is around a half an inch of rain, especially in the hills. santa cruz mountains will likely see more than an inch. winter storm watch in effect in the morning. one to two feet of snow. and overnight tonight, we'll find increasing clouds, temperatures mainly settling in
