yesterday morning at 9th and washington streets in the old oakland historic district. you're looking at video of that location. then last night six people were wounded near 3rd street and cassada in the bay view district. three men were shot at turk and hyde street in the tenderloin. police say they don't know if those two shootings are connected and two people were also shot at a hotel friday night at drum and market street. a man from fresno turned himself in for that shooting. in the south bay, multiple side shows kept san jose police busy overnight and went to dozens of drivers receiving citations. you could certainly hear the gunfire, though it is not clear if anyone was injured. san jose police say they did impound four cars which can be expensive, because the person has to pay for towing and storage fees. richmond city council has asked representatives from chevron to answer questions at its meeting this coming tuesday.

councilmember claudia jimenez is also asking the coast guard, san francisco bay keeper and state officials to appear. she has introduced an item on the meeting agenda to discuss the response to last week's spill and the long term impacts from it. investigators say hundreds of gallons of diesel water mix leaked from a refinery pipeline on tuesday. in the east bay, a new mural is being painted on the side of a west oakland home. the art is dedicated to the unsung women of the "black panther" party. jill christina vest who owns the home recently commissioned the mural saying she wants people specifically young girls to be able to walk up to her house and feel the pride that is their history. the house is located at center and 9th streets, just a few blocks from the panthers' former headquarters. well, valentine's day was very different this year with couples enjoying outdoor dining and celebrating with covid precautions in place. abc7 news reporter luz pena caught a glimpse of some love

hayward, fremont, move a little bit to the north. in the city it's been a pretty persistent drizzle, light shower for the past five or six hours. it continues tonight, some light showers near richmond and san leandro. so the theme overnight is we're going to be dealing with some wet weather: golden gate bridge camera right now tells the story pretty well. it's foggy, it's wet and that's what it will look like tomorrow morning for any early commuters. with this storm system, it's riding along a warm front rather. what that's doing is the temperatures tonight not too chilly. we're running several degrees warmer compared to this time last night. most of us are sitting in the loer if not mid 50s. 54 in oakland, 53 in san francisco. the same in san jose. 49 right now in santa rosa. really tonight be numbers not going to fall too far from where we currently sit. so all in all for mid february, it's pretty mild night. storm impact scale level 1 light system, scattered light showers. rainfall again, less than a quarter of an inch.

it will create some slick roads. so future weather, early tomorrow morning stop the clock at 5:00 a.m., there you can see a peppering of those light showers around the bay area. that continues through 9:00 a.m., and then into the afternoon we'll see this wet weather get out of here. the cloud cover likely will begin to break down. we'll actually end the day with a little bit of sunshine for our monday afternoon. rainfall, again, it's really light in nature. i think most areas will end up with less than a quarter of an inch of rain if not less than a 10th of an inch. once this is all said and done. so overnight tonight we'll find temperatures again, maybe dropping one or two degrees from where we are right now. mostly cloudy skies with those showers moving through. tomorrow it's kind of a day of two weather patterns. the morning we'll find scattered light showers. the afternoon much dryer with a little bit of sunshine. temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s. we'll get a little bit of snow in the sierra, winter weather advisory in effect until 4:00
