you'll need it. kumasi? get ready for orange. san francisco officials will tell us what will change as the city moves into the next tier. san francisco and marin are expected to join san mateo in the orange tier. we have more on what state guidelines will allow. amy? >> reporter: hi there, kumasi. the mayor is talking about being a little bit more strict. what we are hearing is people are ready for what the orange tier will bring. it will mean gyms will allow more people inside. they will be able to fill up to 25% of the capacity instead of the current allowed 10%. bars will be able to open, finally. outdoor service only but bars will be open. restaurants, though, are the big winner. they will be allowed to fill up half of their capacity. they could bring in 5% of the
