amy? >> reporter: kumasi, this is a conversation that's taking place all over the bay area. is it time to bring students back full-time. in san rafael, they said the answer is yes. starting next week they will be bringing back 2700 kids five days a week and that will start on monday. elementary schools have been open since the fall and have been open safely. now they will take the next step. they will bring students back at the same time and space them four feet apart. the cdc said three feet of space is safe. originally we were at six feet. the larger fourth and fifth grade classes will have to be moved around a bit. they will be able to spread out with the administrators thinking creative about where to put them. >> some of them are meeting in the library.
