public health crisis in america. >> flags are still flying at half-staff to the victims of the horrific murder of eight. ten more lives were taken in a mass murder in colorado. between those two incidents, less than one week apart, there were more than 850 additional shootings. >> the president is ordering new investments in intervention programs in violence from communities and tightening restrictions on ghost guns together with parts purchased online. the president is also pushing congress to pass further legislation on gun reform. as california aims for a june 15th goal to reopen, there is concern that the hesitancy some people have to take the vaccine could be an impediment
