accountable. we need him to resign. >> reporter: five women told the chronicle that popoli sexually assaulted him. the events took place over 16 years. william says she was assaulted after a night of drinking and dancing. >> i said no dominique we're not doing this. rubbing his groin against me and then eventually he started to put his hand down my pants. >> reporter: now a sixth woman is coming forward with windsor county member ester limas says she was drugged and sexually assaulted twice popoli. and popoli accused limas into a sexual encounter then

which was started by his family. we saw another long line of people waiting to be vaccinated. abc 7 news was at the hospital this morning as people waited their turn. you saw that line stretch down the block kind of like it did yesterday. now the run on vaccinations is partially because of san francisco expanding eligibility groups. >> i wasn't really expecting to get it yesterday because i went at noon. so it was just to try to get more information because it's confusing online. the calls are all, the lines are all busy. so it was more to get information and then if i could get a vaccine that would be great. >> this coming thursday, everyone 16 years and older will be eligible to get vaccinated. to the peninsula where abc 7 news was in redwood city

today where the effort to achieve vaccine equity brought a clinic to a neighborhood that might not normally bet get this kind of attention. sequoia delivered vaccines to 200 people. holding the event was important. >> we know there's been a number of clinics that are some what larger. and sometimes because of people's work schedule, or transportation they haven't been able to benefit from those. >> they are making appointments and welcome walk ups as well. state numbers released today show more than 27% of people are vaccinated. california has administered more than 80% of its vaccine supply and covid-19 case rates in the state have remained

sunday services at san jose's grace baptist church looked a little different this morning a week after a racist rant interrupted their easter zoom services. it was more of a community town feel. the congregation was still hurting from november's deadly stabbing that killed two people at a church shelter. he says they've had to take some security measures to protect worshipers. >> we did secure our zoom a little bit better. but it also helps that we had armed security here. we had protection from san jose police department. >> grace baptist is among the most progressive church in the south bay among them reverend oliver says zoom has been able to identify at least one person involved in the racist rant. a part of building a better

today marks the spring relaunch of san francisco's sunday streets program in china town. its the start of what's being called the rise together season as part of the china town walk way weekends. grand aver was closed to vehicles between california and washington from 11:00 to 5:00. people came in to stroll in the streets, take in the sights and sample the foods in some local eateries. the space also provides the perfect opportunity to visit the oldest china town in the u.s. >> so great to see the community come alive especially when we're seeing weather like this. >> and we're going to be stuck in this pattern pretty much for the next week. we'll see the winds pick up.
