half moon bay, but it is indicative of the on shore air around san rafael. as you head south, you may run into fog. it will be a rather bluesry day. 56 at half moon bay. low to mid-60s around the bay, and upper 60s to low 70s in the north bay and east bay. we could get to 74 in santa rosa and antioch. those are the exceptions. upper 60s in the south bay. the big warming trend reggie talked about is coming this weekend. we will talk about this in a second. reggie? the cdc and fda calling for a pause on the johnson & johnson vaccine. it comes after six reported cases of a rare and severrare ar of blood clot.

jobina is at the live desk. >> yes, the cdc is looking at pausing the j&j vaccination with blood clots reports between women 18 and 48 years old. clots occurred six days after investigation. nowing in there is an investigation they are calling for a pause in the johnson & johnson vaccine. the statement reads in part, no clear causal relationship has been established between the rare events and the johnson covid-19 vaccine. we continue to work closely with experts to support the data and support the open information to health care officials and the public. officials say anyone that received the j&j vaccination and developed severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain or shortness of breath within three weeks of the vaccination should call their health care providers. more than 6.6 million doses of

. the north bay mayor engulfed in a sexual assault scandal will not represent sonoma county on the golden gate bridge district. he will concede at the board of directors this morning. six women now accuse him of sexually assault including the deputy district attorney. to avoid a conflict of interest, the county is turning over the investigation and the decision of any potential criminal charges to the state

attorney general's office. he says he has done nothing wrong and will not resign. the town council says it will now take action. >> we vehemently condemn the actions of our mayor and we are meeting on wednesday to call on him to resign. >> the town council only has the power to ask him to step down. a recall by the voters could force him out. a recall campaign is already gathering signatures. new this morning, oakland police are investigating an apparent shooting outside a market. new video shows investigators outside of the market on 34th and hollis street just before midnight. you can see glass and a few evidence markers on the ground. it is not clear what led up to the shooting or if anyone was hurt. this as the oakland city council voted to allocate $10 million to restore funding to the city's police and fire department. the police chief says they are facing a big spike in violent

today at the morin county fairgrounds. amy, who can now make a vaccine appointment there? >> reporter: so, here at this site in morin county, it is for residents who currently meet the state eligibility. it is alamea county and santa clara county. they will take it one step up ahead of the state, allowing 16- year-olds and up to make an appointment. but everyone in the state will be -- 16 and older and up -- will be eligible starting on thursday. so those two counties will have the upper hand for a couple of days. the issue though, of course, will be supply. sites are getting better. they are getting more efficient and getting these shots out as time goes by. they just say they need the shots. they have the infrastructure in place. they are having to deal with inconsistent shipments of the vaccine. >> well, there isn't enough vaccine supply already, so i think that that is a challenge that we are all facing. people in the interim time are going to have to just be

challenging. we have abc7 kate larsen on our team. she has more on where you can get the vaccine and make an appointment. >> reporter: the san francisco director of health says while eligibility is opening to everyone 16 and older on thursday, it may take weeks to get appointments because of supply constraints. she says right now most of the supply is going to pharmacies and federally qualified health centers, and san francisco is still working to equitably distribute the vaccines in the hardest hit zip codes and trying to insure families of 16 and 17-year-olds that want the vaccine know where to get pfizer, the only vaccine fda emergency use authorized for those ages. she says dph does not recommend people travel outside the bay area to get vaccinated. >> the other reason, particularly, to not travel, is that wherever you get your first dose, you need to go back to get your second dose. they are getting allocations based on who they gave their first dose to. >> set your expectations you
