assaulting six women. we found this group of people in windsor making it known they want the mayor to resign. as abc7's cornell bernard found out, that is not something he wants to do. >> it is lane. >> reporter: the reaction to the latest development from mayor dominic foppoli . six women accused the mayor of sexual assault, allegations which spans 16 years. the sheriff investigation underway. hundreds of calls for him to resign and an explosive town council meeting wednesday. the mayor says he will resign, but instead, take a step back from his job. in a statement to abc7 news, mayor foppoli said, as i have said so many time before, i have loved windsor. through prayer and speaking with residents, it has become clear that the town council will not action at the level expected by its citizens if i remain actively involved. given the strong reaction.

>> reporter: fremont police and the suspect vehicle announced the suspect was identified as oakland resident joshua gloria. new video just coming to light shows the attack on an asian woman who was held to the ground at gunpoint for jewelry and purse. abc7's news anchor dion lim has the story. >> what you are are scream of terror as an asian woman in her 50s only was to be identified as ms. fully. you can see white if you become speeding down the street, completely ignoring two people walking, and doubles back to target miss lee. she is knocked to the ground and held at gunpoint, and robbed of her handbag. one suspect returns to take her jewelry. >> every time she talks about it, she cries.

another mass shooting is left eight people with funerals to plan. it happened at the fedex facility in indianapolis last night. the suspect is 19-year-old brandon scott hole who was a former employee. the gunman got out of his car and started randomly shooting. four victims were found outside, and four found inside. his mother warned police and 2020 that he might try to commit suicide by cop. he was detained in a shot and

tonight, the deadly shooting rampage, both inside and outside that fedex facility in indianapolis. at least eight people killed in a massacre that lasted just one to two minutes. the suspect, a former employee there armed with a rifle. authorities say he drove to the warehouse and immediately began shooting, then shooting and killing himself. what we're learning tonight about the suspect and about his mother's call to police last year. there is also new reporting tonight in the deadly police shooting of a 13-year-old boy in chicago. the video now showing the boy with a 21-year-old in th minutes before they're confronted by police. the officer yelling to see his hands. authorities say a still frame of the video shows adam toledo holding what appears to be a gun
