if you're traveling from tracy westbound, look for a 15 minute drive. here is mike. that is tough to see. let's talk about temperatures. we start in the south bay. most of us, mid to upper 40s all the way until 9:00. 50 at san jose. 59 in the hills. 51 in fairfield. 55 in brentwood. most of us are in the upper 40s. as far as the kids, congratulations to those going back to school. you can see it is going to be much easier to be outside and play. the coast will still be breezy and 53. 78 inland when school is over. temperatures will hover in the upper 40s to near 50 through the morning hours. as far as the commute, it is going to be breezy on the

developing news, authorities are searching for former sheriff's deputy wanted in the deadly shooting of three people. stephen brodrick is accused of killing two women and a man yesterday. brodrick is a former sheriff's detective. he was placed on leave last year and later resigned after being charged with the sexual assault of a child. at least eight people were charged in the capital writes back were there as journalists. they claim they wanted to record history, not to join a deadly insurrection. experts say the first amendment is not a viable defense because any these de i -- if any of them show the person writing. today march 26 years since the oklahoma city bombing.

senator. now take a live look at the stock exchanges trading gets underway. we are down about 109 points. peloton is responding to a warning urging parents to stop using the company's tread plus treadmill. the company calling the warning, quote, inaccurate and misleading. the consumer product safety commission opened the report this weekend. this shows that young boy playing near the tread plus, getting pulled over. there have been 39 incidents involving the treadmill. 23 involving children including one who died after an accident with the machine. despite the incidents, peloton is reporting to refuse a recall. that's why the cpsc issued this. peloton says there is no reason to stop using the machine if safety instructions are followed. the cpsc recommends parents use
