this is abc7 news. protests continue in elizabeth city, north carolina's, where police shot and killed andrew brown jr. during a search warrant. as abc news reports, asking for the release would be sent out as soon as monday. >> these children are left without a father. >> reporter: the father speaking out publicly. >> he left a close and tight family. i just want justice. work back the 42-year-old father of seven sheriff's deputs they tended to carry out an arrest warrant for felony drug charges that brown is the rental home. witnesses say when brown attempted to drive away, officers opened fire. >> shots fired. need mas. >> one male in the 14 years of
