indoors at 25% capacity. the yellow tier would allow live performance venues to increase their capacity. in east bay, if you need to get vaccinated, their opportunities this weekend. we were at a clinic in fremont that's a partnership between the fire department and hollers pharmacy. it will be open again today. appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome. organizers say people should have no trouble getting it shot right now. >> now it's open to the general public, there's so much availability that they can go to their local pharmacies and be able to get vaccines regularly. >> there are also clinics planned for next weekend. contra costa county has two temporary walk-up vaccine clinics this weekend. one of the pittsburgh youth development center. the other at st. john missionary baptist church. no appointment is needed.

collaborative spirit between the two communities. in the south bay, message of unity and a call to action. santa clara city leaders joined community members for march to stop asian hate. it started at franklin square and ended at civic center park. organizers said they are calling on state lawmakers to take action against the rise in violence against asian americans. >> we is a local community leaders need to let our legislators know. there should be consequences for all this happening. people should be held responsible. >> organizers sets the responsibility to stand in solidarity with all communities facing hate and discrimination. these activists held a march for elders event in san francisco. they chanted and marched to city hall to demand justice for their elders and other victims of hate crimes.

center for the study of hate and extremism found anti-asian hate crimes are up 140% in the first quarter of this year compared to last year. business school districts bring students back to the classroom, they are looking for ways to screen the speed of the screening process. david louie shows how an app originally developed for offices is being used by a san jose school district. >> reporter: this is weak two for limited class in san jose franklin mckinley school district. it's a program in which teachers volunteered to be in the classroom with up to 15 students. to ensure everyone's safety, safety and sanitation protocols are being implemented carefully. parents play an important role checking in their children with an app called company nurse. >> we don't want to have anything negatively impact our in person program. this is crucial to making sure our classrooms are saved. staff feel safe. families feel safe. >> reporter: it's a school specific app developer to come to the created a similar solution at the start of the

clear skies. sunny and warmer and breezy with the offshore winds. as we look at the fire danger, the red flag warning for these cities. it will extend into the sacramento valley where temperatures are going up. the winds are increasing and relative humidity plunging below 20%. if anything starts it will spread rapidly. there is a look where you can see dr. stockton and modesto. this takes us through tuesday then we get an onshore component . the onshore winds today, gusty at the coast. they dialback a little bit inland. still very strong and into your monday, very breezy but did temperatures will climb quickly. 10 degrees of warming on tap for your monday. tuesday will stay hot. wednesday we cool off. 73 in richman today. breezy to indeed depending on where you are.

if we're lucky, we can barely scrape by trump salmon have been fighting an upstream battle on this creek for almost 100 years. drought doesn't make it easier. this is a problem across the state. >> the water they need is the same that people in cities need to be healthy and have drinking water supplies. >> reporter: they are asking the governor to protect water for salmon flows into the sacramento river and elsewhere. if the salmon fadeaway in this coming drought, they worry about cultural and ecological genocide. in marin, comes from the reservoirs rapidly growing dry. surviving the drought will be a matter of finding balance. >> before a drop of water gets pulled from fish that we stop watering lawns, stop watering baseball fields, stop watering golf courses, and we put that water to the fish. >> reporter: expect inconvenience.
