declaration plans. >> amanda, thank you. there's some late breaking news out of san jose tonight. a man has been killed in a shooting. you can see bullet holes in the windshield of a car in south 21st street. a second man was also shot but police say his injuries are not life threatening. investigators haven't released any information from the south bay. a group of children was seen running from the scene of a grass fire. fireworks materials were found there. flames burned 15 acres in a vacant field. crews say wind helped drive those flames. it ignited two days before officials warned the california's fire season could be extreme this year it could be the housing crisis. a judge decided the cdc did not
