also the east bay valleys. the winds could gust up to 40 to 60 miles per hour, but i think the worst of it is behind us. the humidity levels are in the teens in the north bay and the rest of us in the 20s and 30s. so, that is a good sign. no single digit dryness there. look at the winds. we are 32 miles per hour less. we will pulse up a little bit after sunrise, but really, possibly the worst of this is behind us but fire conditions are very high out there, even with the worst of the conditions behind us and that is why we are under the fire threat through at least 6:00. a little cooler along the coast, richman, san mateo. the seabreeze returns late this afternoon. the rest of us in the 80s and 90s once again. we will talk about that. back to you. the fda has authorized the

fire last night. we have seen several wildfires pop up around the bay area with dry and windy with conditions. now to mike nicco with the latest on this red flag warning. >> yes, reggie. it goes until 6:00. let me show you a little difference from yesterday and today. you wake up this morning and you can see a little high, some yellow up in napa county. the rest of us are doing okay. when you get the cooler temperatures the humidity returns during the overnight hours. the highest fire danger will stay up in the north bay through the morning. then as things relax into the afternoon hours we are down to low to moderate. watch this -- see that yellow sweeping from west to east? that is the seabreeze coming in. while the winds will pick up later this afternoon it will actually bring in more humidity and cooler conditions and keep our fire check under control. the worst of it will be in the

she voted to overturn the election back in january. now to increasing violence against asian-americans. a 3%% increase in crimes targeted against people of asian decent. the latest is difficult to watch. it involves a teen attacking a man in his 80s. i was hoping you were going to be able to hear the sound from this video, but apparently we don't have that. but what you do hear when you listen to it is one of the teens giggling as the suspects are robbing him. they got aways with his watch it felt man suffered minor injuries. the suspects involved are as young as ce say. san leandro police increased controls and are working with attorneys to find solutions to the can challenges of dealing with minors. >> other than putting juveniles in jail, what other avenues do we have to divert some of the

tiger still on the loose. that is not the only bizarre thing. the man police say owns the tiger says it isn't his. he was last seen with the big cat as he led it away from a neighborhood street. he is in custody for evading arrest on unrelated charges. this started sunday when the animal was spotted roaming loose. even though it is against city regulation to have a pet tiger, this one appears to be well taken care of. is it really well taken care of if it is in a neighborhood? >> i have so many questions. >> this man was wanted for murder charges -- >> it is not his and yet that part. >> and no one knows where the tiger is. how is that possible >> i feel like this is a movie. >> i hope the tiger is okay. >> he seems to be okay. you never know though.

>> yes. the pfizer vaccine is said to be 100% effective and pose no safety concerns. the cdc is expected to discuss the safety recommendations and give the green light as soon as tomorrow. thursday kids could start getting doses, the same as adults. the vaccine is said to be proven to be safe for children. >> the studies in 12 to 15-year- olds show the reactions to the vaccine were similar to what was seen in adults. some pain at the site of injection and some mild flu- like illness but nothing that indicated the vaccine was not safe. it with us as safe in children as they have been shown to be in adults. >> a recent survey found only 29% of parents of children under 18 plan to get them vaccinated as soon as the shot is available. 32% said they would wait to see how the vaccine is working. kumasi? >> thank you, jobina. morin county hopes to answer
