officers from civil lawsuits. 40 states and the district columbia have already passed significant police reform. abc news aired a special edition of soul of the nation after floyd the year that shook the world in case you missed it you can still catch it wherever you stream. new developments in the killing of a 12-year-old girl in antioch. a 19-year-old oakland man is under arrest tonight in a deadly shooting. police say the girl was found in an upstairs bedroom on may 12th in oak haven way. investigators have not released a motive in the killing. developing news tonight the first step toward transforming downtown san jose. city leaders just voted to approve plans for google's massive downtown west project a transit oriented village of sorts. it covers 80-acres or roughly 7

new details tonight on the 2019 explosion at a fire complex. static electricity likely caused the blast with one of the tanks at the new star facility. when the roof of the tank blew off it landed on a second tank triggering another explosion. the flames spread and caused a small grass fire. oakland's catholic bishop says a man pulled a gun on him over the weekends and robbed him at 31st and broadway. the bishop spoke to stephanie sierra and told her he is grateful to be alive. >> a man pulled a gun at me. told me give me your wallet and
