people to work. hi, jobina. >> reporter: so we are looking at job opportunities at urban till. they feed our community and build sustainable food systems. urban till is a nonprofit organization based in richmond and run mostly by rich mopped residents. the teens turn vacant lots into beautiful spaces and run several community gardens and even an urban farm that feeds 400 families a week through a csa program. >> we do that by hiring and training local residents. so we train people to grow food. we train people to design and install gardens. we design people to care for the gardens, to teach youth, teach kids. >> reporter: she's the executive director. she needs to hire a book keep are but she is also advertising
