>> reporter: hi, good morning. the decision made last night was controversial. the opponents spent hours at the meeting speaking out against this plan. they have decide that had the rules inside of the office place will be stricter than the rules that are coming from the state. on june 15th, the state is owe opening and cal osha says if everyone is not vaccinated, everybody must wear a mask. some say that this is going to stigmatize unvaccinated workers in the office. they're also upset at being require today supply everybody in the office with expensive hard to get n95 masks. >> we're competing to buy them and employees will not want to

that's only going to be the second time ever that the hydro plant if it happens in august is turned off because of low water. that gives you an idea of the rare territory right now. there's no rain but milder temperatures this morning. we will start in san francisco where we have about 50 to 53 degrees under mostly cloudy conditions and temperatures in the 50s just about everywhere. coming in from those areas, it's going to get cooler as you drive all in. notice the lack of clouds coming over the east bay ill hads. they're not going make it. that means that you're going to be warmer than average and going from 78 at noon to 5:00. the coast is going to remain cool mainly in the 50s to near 60s degrees. as far as the activities today on the karsts, it's going to be brighter. small craft advisory if you want to get out and play on the bay. that's from 3:00 to 9:00.

crews battled the fire and it burned three acres. you can see the dry conditions that the nevada fire department called in three other agencies including cal fire to get some help. no structures were damaged. as california faces a disaster fire season again, the crews are struggling to keep the stations staffed. their is video from the massive creek fire that burned on

neighbors. a southern california woman got an unexpected trip down memory lane. she just got the wallet back nearly 50 years after losing it. colleen lost the wallet at a theater in 1975. an employee that was recently working on the modeling project there found the wallet in the attic. the theater found the woman after posting her drivers license on facebook and colleen says that opening up the wallet was like opening a time inside was poetty, grateful dead concert for only $5, and most importantly this. >> pictures of my mom. that was really sweet that she passed away a couple of years ago. it's hard to explain the feeling that i had because it's kind of of an emotional one, and an excitement one.

another half hour or so. let's talk about what to expect. the highlights are mostly sunny and average along the coast and bay to the above average highs inland. it's cooler tonight, and then this week send the last warm afternoon especially inland. we're going to see the biggest drop there as the temperatures will be below average. a lot of 70s and comfortable in the south bay. getting uncomfortable with the low to mid-80s there. 71 in santa cruz today and then low to mid-70s for the rest of the peninsula. along the coast the greatest amount is that long the coast. and coming off will cool you down a little bit. we have upper 60s and then berkley and oakland and low to mid-70s
