this state. we need to build an economy that is pro-business, less taxes, less regulation. or you know what? there's other states who do it other ways and we're gonna lose them all. >> reporter: jenner says she's not worried about how much covid-19 has improved in california with one of the lowest transmission levels in the country and huthat could help newsom. >> he's really destroyed an entire generation of kids. parents, people are not gonna forget those type of thing. all of the companies out here, 33% of all restaurants have closed permanently. people are not gonna forget that. >> let's talk immigration. a very important topic here in california. what are your plans for trump's border wall? >> right now we're spending wls on a high-speed train to nowhere. take some of that money, go down to the border wall and completely finish on state land, completely finish the wall. we need protection. but for those hardworking great
