other herbs that you want. and i'm just going to place that into a 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes. and when it comes out, it is perfect. the albumin in the salmon doesn't coagulate so it renders the salmon really nice and tender. >> good to know. >> yeah. >> add the potatoes to the mix. why should we bake them instead of boil them? >> i don't know if you can see this. but the level of starchness of the potato is so much greater when you make it versus boiling it. that the end result is a much creamier mashed potato. >> okay. and this is the fun part we've been waiting for. making this double duty dinner here. how do we do that? >> we're going take our leftover salmon, and we're going to just simply place it into a bowl. we're going to add our leftover mashed potatoes. and these can be refrigerated. it actually works better if it we're going add some bread
