she won't fight and rod rod has been in jail in denver since arrested this earlier this month. hiker hikers outside of las vegas found the body of her 7-year-old son. investigators have not released details of the death or a possible motive. the couple charged in the road rage incident that killed a 6-year-old boy is back in court today. it happened on may 21st. the suspects marcus ares and win lee were taken in to custody two and a half weeks later. they think that lee was driving and

harris fired the shots. this morning they will set requests for bails higher than usual levels. developing news in the deadly shooting rampage in phoenix. investigators are trying to see what caused a man to drive to eight different locations and randomly fire at people on the streets. the first one was before noon yesterday. the man was driving around in a white suv. as police searched for him, eight shootings reported cross three cities in just 90 minutes. the suspect was eventually arrested after being spotted by a local fire department. >> there was a very good description given of the person, vehicle and license plate and whatnot. that helped us to track the person down. >> one man was killed. about a dozen people were injured. at least one gun was found in that suv. the fbi is looking in to whether there were more firearms given the gravity of the shooting. sharing the
