reenvisioning new opportunities. crews were able to improve lines around the fire in preparation for hotter and drier weather this weekend. the united states is expecting a significant increase in fires this month. the national interagency center raised the national preparedness level to a four for the first time since 2012. now this means much of of the country is experiencing wild land fires and areas are competing for fire fighting resources. everything is stretched thin in fact, half of the nation's wildfire resources have already been committed. >> in the north bay new water restrictions go into place july 1st for people living in the city of sonoma. officials say people will be required to reduce water by 20%. they won't be allowed to fill swimming pools or wash their cars.

watch out for along with the clouds. and then the cloud will pull back to the coast and hang around there well into the afternoon. your morning temperatures will be primarily in the 50s this is good sleeping weather for you. a little drizzle, slippery roads is what you need to watch out for tomorrow afternoon. mid-50s to low 80s so pretty mild day away from the coastline. you're looking at temperatures inland below average for this time of year. but along the coastline it should be comfortable. here's a look at where that heat is going to be starting out. around the state you will note from the deserts around palm springs, 111. death valley 116. so this heat wave is going to hit most of california 119 in death valley on sunday. 109 in fresno it's summertime and it's going to feel like a scorcher. morning drizzle, mild afternoon the next couple of days. warmer friday but the heat here in the bay area not as bad as
