joining us. >> abc 7 details the alleged scheme. >> reporter: selling immunization pellets with the promise of lifelong protection from covid-19. one of the complaints out lined against julie nazzi. the doctor operated her practice out of her town home in napa where agents spent mystery offed with sifting through the property. he recognized her face on the news. >> i am not surprised something like this has happened. i am surprised it took so long for something like this to come out and someone be in trouble of it. >> reporter: providing fake vaccine cards to patients. saying the fda authorized armful iningredients. according to the complaint, she

instructed four total days of dosing are required before lifelong immunity is considered achieved. claiming doses of her vaccine would be safe for children and babies. investigators say she sold her kits, pellets and cards >> buyer beware. >> reporter: be watchful of tests. the investigation began in april when someone's family members purchased pellets filed a kopl plant to the department of health and human services. williams with the inspector general's office released a statement to me that read in part her actions including falsifying vaccination cards undermined the health efforts and endanger the lives of men, women and children. she now faces charges of wire fraud and making false statements relating to health care. she could face up to 25 years

in prison. back to you. developing news in the east bay after five days the official search for missing runner in pleasanton has come to an end tonight. abc 7 news reporter j.r. stone is live there, j.r. even though the is over volunteers say they are not giving up hope yet, right? >> reporter: they certainly aren't. i will talk about that in a moment. they have a plan of coming back out here come tomorrow. but this command center here at foothill high school, the one here for five days was cleaned up and gear was taken away from this location as crews left this location around 7:00 this evening. >> reporter: crews packing up gear and heading home after five long days of extensive search in the hills for 37-year-old man, the goal was to find the berkeley father, husband, runner but his whereabouts are still unknown.

ignored. >> telling our story we can actually make change. >> reporter: nonprofits are calling on city and county leaders to match those grant funds to help survivors when they need it. in san francisco, back to you. a gun rights group is threatening to sue san jose over plans to have more requirements on gun owners. a plan requires gun owners to pay insurance and pay an annual fee. the national foundation for gun rights sent a letter. a california town scarred already, is threatened again by fire. wildfire burned 2200 acres with 0 percent containment, in 2018 a camp fire started there, that fire killed more than 80 people. firecrews say they stopped

forward progress of a wildfire that burned 12 miles west of downtown novato. sky 7 was above an aerial attack was done. it did not threaten buildings it is at 32 acres and 60% contained. in the north bay cal fire showed off a new weapon. this parade of fire hawks arrived at the airport today. they have a cruising speed of 160 miles an hour and fight fires at night with a water tank of 1,000 gallons they can transport three times the amount of water a helicopter can carry. it is a converted blackhawk helicopter, aircraft designed for war. >> it is a war, in a way, but it can carry more crew, it is a safer aircraft with two engines and it can deliver more water r on a
