francisco's poet laureate. san francisco bayview neighborhood is making a name for itself with a big and bold statement. take a look. abc 7 news was there today for the official unveiling of the eight foot tall letters that greet people at third street near mead avenue. the letters, spelling out "bayview," are installed at the end of april and are supposed to be visible from highway 101. cruise wrapped up the project with landscaping and covering the letters with colorful tiles that come from the neighborhood. it is really nice to see that revitalization. hopefully the weather matches. drew: we have that wide range of temperatures beyond. comfortable temperatures inland. we are not only dealing with hot temperatures but also some moderate air quality. certainly see some haze in our sky right now. let's see pictures outside, we will start with emeryville. our marine layer beginning to make its way inland from the coast right now. we will take you to san jose right now. we have a lot of sunshine of back bay.

you will notice that haze in the atmosphere, all of these smoke from wildfires in northern california, the dixie fire is ashley, and now we see some of that smoke linger in our atmosphere. location is key when it comes to your air quality right now. we have got the sea breeze, most of us very close to the shoreline dealing with good air quality. you hop inland, and you notice that air quality climbed a little bit. in the east bay, moderate air quality at this hour. the worst air quality is really to our north, close to the fighters, where we flush with between unhealthy and very unhealthy air quality at this current moment. hour-by-hour we go, this is the smoke forecast over the next 10 to 24 hours, and tomorrow, we are expecting a very similar sky. that haze in the afternoon, our air quality in the moderate category, so the worst air quality will remain away from the bay area. as you head into monday, though, we get a fresh sea breeze, a strong sea breeze kicks in monday afternoon.

we are expecting better air quality. a lot of that smoke in our atmosphere right now is going to move out of the bay area. air quality tomorrow across the entire region, in that moderate category, meaning your pm2.5 levels slightly above 50, and that puts you in the moderate levels over the next 24 hours. not only the air-quality but we are clearly at 105. 62 san jose, we will hang on to some of the warmth inland. 70 in antioch. 57 in the city, 59 in oakland, and 60 in redwood city. 10:00 a.m. come in the 60's and 70's close to the water come about by noon, 90 degrees in our hottest spots inland. tomorrow, again, it is a hot day away from the coast appeared 100 again in antioch, we at 106 in
