notice the orange, we have a heat advisory by the delta solano county. it will be over 100 degrees. yesterday it was 108 in fairfield. moderate elsewhere and as we look at the current numbers, 50's, 60's, and 70 by the delta this morning. it will be 70 later onhazy and m mid 80's around the bayshore looking at 90 along the peninsula and near 100. kumasi: investigators are looking into multiple small fires found within one area. this is video of crews trying to put out those claims in healdsburg. amy is live, what do we know about these fires? amy: firefighters are not taking any chances this morning. they are staged throughout healdsburg. there is a crew standing guard,

watching the spots to make sure they don't flare up. we are on healdsburg avenue. we are north of downtown, just off of highway 101. we have a look. 10 of them between 8:00 and 9:30 last night. they were small. firefighters got to them quickly. they find this very suspicious. they are looking into the possibility that someone set these fires. they were just a couple acres in size, north and west of healdsburg. no one was hurt and firefighters did not order any evacuations. they are asking residents to help them out and to be on the lookout for suspicious behavior and check their home cameras for activity that can help one enforcement. state senator mike mcguire was watching this. he was warning people and showing thanks to firefighters

saying he is grateful that they were literally everywhere at once. firefighters were aggressive. calfire helped out. they are so that they are all still out this morning to make sure these don't flare up again. they are ready to jump if they do. reporting life in healdsburg, amy hollis berg. aaron: not to the latest on the dixie fire. two fires burning on both side of dixie valley merged and move into the north end of the valley, destroying some structures. the fire is 914,000 acres with w 50% containment. evacuation orders remain in effect for parts of plumas and shasta county's. if the dixie fire is responsible for the death of a first responder. calfire says the person was suffering from previous illness. kumasi: there are developments in the caldor wildfire. crews are getting ready to reopen highway 50. they need to fix some power

106 by the delta again todayore. with 80's on the peninsula. julian: calfire crucible be back in healdsburg trying to piece together a cluster of fires. multiple agencies were called to put out the flames last night. we have a look at a handful of the spot fires reported throughout the area. firefighters on firefighters are monitoring those this morning. amy has the latest amy: look behind me at the aftermath of this fire, a blackened hillside still smoldering. firefighters are here on the scene. the healdsburg crew is here monitoring the situation. they are all over healdsburg. we have been told to keep nai on all of these spots. this is healdsburg avenue. we are a couple miles north of downtown healdsburg.

a couple of acres burned here before firefighters got this out. we have a video of this fire overnight. firefighters suspect that someone set these fires. all of these fires were a couple of miles north healdsburg. firefighters got all of the fires out, they do not think anyone needs to evacuate their homes. they are asking everyone to be on the lookout for suspicious activity and check home security cameras for any activity. one fire burned their -- near where the wahlberg fire burned last year. all of these fires last night putting everyone on edge after all they have been through. the firefighters got everything under control. they cannot aggressively against these fires. calfire even came to help. it was a calm night, there is no wind up here to fuel these fires.

poisoning. kumasi: now to the murder mystery surrounding a south carolina family. alex has resigned from his family law firm on accusations of misappropriating funds days before someone shot him. he called 9112 report he had been shot. he is out of the hospital andpi checked himself into rehab. this is coming after he released a statement in which he said the june murders of his wife and son have led to him regretting decisions she has made. abc news's correspondent was commenting on this. >> they were telling people not to be concerned which means they knew something about it, at least enough to be convinced this was not some random killing. kumasi: no suspects have been named and no arrests have been made.
