dion: in the east bay, oakland police are investigating the theft of an atm. they forced the atm open through the doors of the pharmacy in the montclair district. machine was bolted to the floor. the thieves managed to juncker it off its foundation and out

onto the sidewalk. we have reached out to cvs and oakland police for more information about today's theft. a fire burned to families of their homes. crews say the fire started just before 230 this more ash 2:30 this morning. embers from that fire spread to another home across the street. firefighters were able to put those flames out quickly. some cars parked outside were destroyed. no word yet on what caused the fire. caltrans has completed repairs on the central freeway ramp and reopened this morning. nearly 24 hours ahead of schedule. ramp next to freeways. crews are praised a guardrail that was damaged by a big rig last october. an effort to build a better bay area. thousands of feminine products were donated by the product to be distributed to on house women.
