from our roof camera. it is so nice and warm in the city this week. such a change from the summer. the house has gone on recess without a vote on the infrastructure bill. president biden joined the high-stakes negotiations on capitol hill. the capital -- the bill would improve roads and broadband internet. sources tell us the president floated a compromise between moderates in the senate and progressives in the house. the head of the progressive caucus hinted that she may be willing to meet in the middle. the house isssss about two weeks, but senators will be back next week.

chopper was trailing stolen suv. a chase ensued along the highway 84 eventually in the. it police arrested 15-year-olds, but a third suspect ran off. san francisco residents and authorities were shocked to find a playground burned thursday night. it is located near the ferry building and is only -- is the only playground in the area serving over 1000 children live in the neighborhood. at the entire playground is currently closed. officials hope to reopen the parts that were not damaged next week. crews are still working to repair damage done by a water main break. it took them nearly eight hours to get the water turned off.

starting to spill in. santa rosa currently 50 degrees. livermore in the upper 50's. we are looking toward the golden gate bridge. you can see some of that fog coming in, but you will notice that it is shallow so this will mix out quickly and we will get lots of sunshine and it will warm up above average. it is going to be hazy and hot this weekend. we could see some patchy fog near the coast during the morning hours. things get much cooler by the middle of next week ahead of a system that might bring us a chance of rain. air quality is good to moderate, but that is expected to change throughout the day. we look toward the bay from the exploratory him. we are expecting for air quality and lend and moderate elsewhere. -- and we are
