cities. >> she encouraged the teenagers to take part. >> we have the details to have algeations. reporter: this is 47-year-old shannon o'connor. she is accused of throwing drunken parties where she encouraged young teens to participate in sex acts. sometimes while she watched. the teens mostly 14 and 15 years old included her own son. she would use snapchat or texts to invite them to her home, warning the teens to keep silent or she could go to jail. she now faces 39 >> appears to have premeditated these eventeds for some

particular purpose and i think the d.a.'s office is at the tip of the iceberg with these charges. >> the charges span from june 2020 to may of 2021. she often pushed the teens to drink until they became sick or blacked out. the assaults against the victims happened when they were drunk. >> it is going to be a challenging case because the minors involved may have also engaged in criminal behavior. >> drinking led to heavy vomiting, a broken finger and a girl reported she almost drowned in a hot tub. the d.a. said it took a lot of brave children to come forward. in another case, o'connor let a seen drive her suv in a los gatos parking lot. allowing the teens to hold onto the back. one fell off and was knocked unconscious.

bufferining 130 acres. fortunately it is now 100% contained. now they want to figure out howe it started. a 20-year-old was spotted near the fire. he was detained and is now in the hospital recovering from burns. >> homes, in danger as a wildfire expands. it has grown to 13, 400 acres with 5% containment burning five miles northwest of santa barbara. a stretch of 101 remains closed because of the fire. officials have declared a state of emergency. >> walgreens has announced five more san francisco stores will close because of rampant theft. monitoring the economic impact is key as we try to find solutions to building a better bay area.

one little boil beat cancer for a second week. this week, he got a special surprise from a wwe star. >> 9-year-old loves pro wrestling like so many other kids attending monday night raw. unlike so many of these kids, he has battled cancer, not just once, but twice. he has had blood as the transfusions, 24 spinal taps. he is now cancer free as of august. we reached out to his favorite, pro wrestler sasha banks who was born in fair field when he was in the hospital. she responded with tickets, ringside for the little warrior and three others.
