of her 23 month old son. a 911 caller a gun fight on the interstate in oakland. one of the bullets entered this white lexus. inside, a family with three children, including a 23 month old baby and his mother's only child. this is an audio recording of officers arriving on the scene. according to his family, jasper was sleeping in his car seat when he was struck in the head by a bullet. his aunt, who was sitting next to him said he was struggling to open his eyes. highway detectives revealed this family was in the crossfire, saying evidence collected on the northbound side of the freeway may indicate that victims were

not targeted. officers are requesting assistance from public. meanwhile, left the hospital carrying a plastic bag with small shoes inside while his mother was consoled by other members of the family. liz: it is heartbreaking. meantime, a a underway after a football coach appeared to attack the mascot of terra linda high school. the terra linda trojan mascot ran with his team's flag to the opposing team's side of the field. the mascot then began to taunt the other side.

the coach began to aggressively show then hit the mascot before he was stopped. the terra linda cheerleading team sent a statement to the news -- " our cheer program is deeply shocked. our program has worked to foster a safe place for not just cheerleaders to thrive, but all athletes. we do not condone excessive exit -- execution of force." san rafael says they are aware of incident. a federal appeals court temporarily blocked a biden administration covid vaccination role. some private businesses are challenging it.
