ruled his death a homicide. the newly released alameda county coroner's autopsy report concludes the cause of death for 26 year old mario gonzalez is the toxic effects of methamphetamine with other significant conditions as the physiologic stress of altercation and restraint morbid obesity and alcoholism classifying the manner of death as homicide on april 19th, alameda police responded to a call for a disorderly person in a public park police warn body camera video showed officers pinned gonzalez face down to the ground for approximately six. minutes and 17 seconds and my heart goes out to to the gonzales family. i am committed to a thorough investigation the alameda police. chief says, he's reviewed the autopsy report. this is information that i think people want to however, this information doesn't on me it doesn't get me to a completed investigation. it just helps get us closer to completing the investigation attorney michael haddad is

amazon fire android tv and apple tv right now for to the latest on covid and today we learn the omicron variant has now been detected in santa clara county health officials say at least one person has tested positive while the variant was also detected. the county's sewer shed abc 7 news reporter dustin dorsey has the message now from county leaders. santa clara county health officials always said it wasn't a situation of if but when and the win is now yesterday we received our first report of a resident of santa clara county with the omicron variant santa clara county public health officer dr. sarah cody said the individual was vaccinated wasn't boosted and experienced mild symptoms while in self-isolation the symptoms began november 30th and the county sequencing system learned yesterday. it was in fact an omicron positive case the person with omicron variant had traveled to florida most likely where they were exposed. so a community exposure in
