the mountain peak became a stranded midair. in ic conditions -- and icy conditions made it hard for rescuers. >> new video from that dramatic rescue scene in albuquerque, new mexico. >> 21 people stranded in two trams at sandia peak. ice forming around the cables. you can see the scores climbing to retrieve writers one by one --riders one by one. we spoke to a passenger prep on the tram. -- trapped on the tram. >> it rocked, we could not see anything. >> first responder sticking to the air and the sheriff's office on the ground. >> it was taking 5-15 minutes
