in san francisco, you can take off your mask at the gym or the office on tuesday. that is if everyone is fully vaccinated and stated. and sonoma county, they are allowing up to 50 spectators at events, at local basketball games and performances. marin county will not limit the crowd at all if it is less than 500 people. school administrators say it is good news for student athletes and the friends and family who want to support them. >> we know there are some students who go to school because of sports, that is their driver it is important and good for our community to bring the community together. amy: doctors were checked in with say they have no problems with these changes, saying we are approaching the shift from pandemic to endemic because of

they believe that the bay area is past the peak of the omicron surge with hospitalizations and case numbers going down. we have not heard from any other bay counties making restriction changes. the masks are still required at these events in these counties. no word on when students will be able to take office masks in classes or at big events. you cannot go and cheer them on. if you want to come to the basketball game here at redwood, you are invited and allowed in. julian: is it time for a second booster shot? that is the question many governments and doctors are trying to sort out. jobina is live with the input of one dr. on if he would get a fourth shot. jobina: it is not an easy answer , whether or not to get a second booster. dr. bob walker tells "the chronicle" he would skip it for
