nearly a dozen shots were fired and nobody was hurt. investigators say ok -- it started when the driver cut off another driver. i swear if we watch this again. can we cut out of this? is there any way? the driver began to tailgate him. investigators say the second driver pulled up and threw a water bottle at the car. the armed driver told state troopers he believed he was shot at so he began shooting. he faces felony charges. kumasi: sacramento police have arrested a 23-year-old man for setting off bombs inside two cars. cody weeks faces felony charges. police say two explosions happened in one week, within half a mile of each other. investigators say homemade explosives were detonated inside these unoccupied cars. >> that is the scary part. someone is knowledgeable to make something like that. i don't know if you have heard a
