>> she is the lead for the health department. her team receives three to four complains about unauthorized test sites each week. she says this test site is raising eyebrows for not being transparent. >> they should be able to see who they are affiliated with and how they are operating. >> we tried to verify that. i'm asking you a question. you are on public property here. i am here with a couple questions. can you explain to m m are sending your sample act? -- sample? >> some of the common complaints as there is a one-person operation. it is unclear whether equipment is being managed the way it should be a pair not really knowing who is behind it.

>> at first glance, a lab is advertised at the site. partisan told the i team this site is run by one of their contractors. red shelf calexico vitesse and gets paid for each process. some viewers who visited the site wrote on next door complaining they never got there results. the i team reached out to red shelf for further comment but we did not get a response. >> leave a message after the beep >> they declined our request for an interview but did send us the following statement saying partisan provides standard operating procedures for each step of the testing process to maintain quality and consistency. adhere to all regulatory requirements including clinical laboratory improvement amendments and college of american pathologists, licenses are provided to each of our contractors. health officials told the i team did a met pop-up sites should provide the name and federal certification number of the lab used to process their tests. >> you have number?

been kicked off safeway's property after customers complained and stored management told the i team the site was not able to operate on the property. moved a few yards to the left. >> we are concerned if it continues to not be in alignment with site guidance. >> health officials tell us they are still working to decide which agency will regulate this particular site in oakland but bottom line here, stay alert. if these sites cannot or will not provide basic information about the lab and especially where your personal information is going. >> a lot of red flags in there.. what kind of penalties could people face for violating testing protocols? >> attorney general rob bonta says depending on the facts in each of the case, there could be significant penalties including criminal and civil fraud charges and potentially identity theft,

her one week ago on this day. they became suspicious when she failed to turn up last thursday morning at the apartment she shares with her parents. they went looking for and found her car abandoned with the keys inside. they say her cell phone is turned off and her belongings are going. they put up missing posters hoping for information that far nothing. >> this does not feel real. i'm seeing her poster all over the place. i parents from the start, they were extremely worried. it is getting worse and worst. -- worse and worse. a lot more darker thoughts are starting to enter my parents minds. >> terribly frightening for them. on monday, police searched the home of her ex-boyfriend. family members say the ex-boyfriend told them he saw alexis the night she vanished. they have had no other contact with him since then.

better bay area. there is controversy in san francisco over a proposed homeless shelter. it would be located at a former hostile. some neighbors are pushing back. liz is live with what neighbors are saying. >> neighbors against this proposal say this is not a case of nimbyism. they say the lower nob hill neighborhood already has several homeless shelters in the area and they feel it is time for other neighborhoods to help. four blocks from union square, plans are moving forward to turn thostel into a homeless shelter. some neighbors in the area are pleading with the city to reconsider. >> we are worried it is going to fail all over our streets. >> susan is a member of the lower nob hill neighborhood alliance. a brute -- a group formed to push back on this proposal. she says there is already several other supportive housing facilities in the neighborhood. >> there is a whole big city

here. we do not see these kinds of facilities popping up in the numbers that we have seen popping up in lower nob hill. >> shelter and transitional housing are solutions to homelessness and right now we do not have you know if spots for people on the streets. >> at the board of supervisors budget and finance meeting today, supervisor matt haney is among those who voiced his support. others backing the project called in and argued the homeless crisis requires immediate action in any way possible. >> we need shelter and support for these people in our community who we are currently failing and delaying that shelter and support is a shameful failing. >> neighbors opposed to the proposal say their neighborhood increasingly feels like an extension of the tenderloin. they are concerned and other shelter will make it worse. >> there were people across the street having sex in the middle of the day.

collision of 2022 and the eighth victim who was a pedestrian. >> in contrast to last year in 2021, the 10th incident occurred april 1 and the eighth pedestrian killed in the city in 2021 happened june >> 12th. since 2015, the city of san jose declared a vision zero initiative. the city is investing $6 million and infrastructure improvements. collin haney with the department of transportation says an incident like today's is relatively rare. >> for the most part, local neighborhood residential streets are our safest street spin we see the vast majority of traffic crashes happening on major roadways. crashes and he says speeding is a primary cause in fatalities and everyone can play a role in preventing more tragedy. >> we need the whole community to take responsibility for their own attitudes and behaviors when they are using the road.

>> pg&e has repeatedly earned california has been coveted of crimes double times for doing so. pg&e continues to get what it once from our state government. now we have learned the newsom administration quietly recertified pg&e as a safe company despite its ongoing tendency to spark fires. >> the news comes as pg&e's vast flap -- passed wildfire victims lost money because they were paid partly in shares of company stock. brendan run them in has the story. could activists to the left of gavin newsom have been watching and they don't like what they see. >> we are here today for this press conference to call on governor newsom to be the people's governor and not pg&e's governor. office with more than $200,000 of pg&e campaign money. three days after the election, they watched pg&e down paradise.

the silicon valley based african-american community service agency is working to break stigma. >> we are making it known therapy is a lifestyle. as -- it is supposed to be a part of your lifestyle. >> executive director worked with the doctor to help communities of color make that happen. >> like people, brown people, people of color needing to talk to somebody because of the increase in suicide rates. what was happening during the pandemic. speaking to dr. glenn. she had the ability and skill set to reach people in particular way. which became our monday meetings. virtual therapy sessions open to all that have been happening every other week since i cobra. >> what these are our 30 minute workshops on practical topics with practical information. >> faces are not showing people
