deadly shooting on a greyhound bus in orville. one person is in custody accused of shooting five people. sorry this is the wrong video. it happened around 7:30 last night when the bus was stopped at a gas station. one person died and four others were hurt. the suspect ran off and deputies later arrested them inside a nearby walmart. it is not clear what led up to the shooting and a news conference is expected at kumasi: 9:00 this morning. kumasi: an oakland man is in a medically induced coma after their he -- after he was assaulted outside the championship game. he was a 49ers fan and had traveled to the stadium to root against the man. jobina: they identified the man as daniel luhnow. he was found -- daniel luna. he was found half an hour after the game kicked off. he was rushed to ucla hospital where the emergency room staff

discovered serious injuries to his upper body and faith. luna owns a peruvian restaurant on piedmont avenue in oakland. they do not have any suspects in their working with the security team and are reviewing surveillance footage. this is reminiscent on an attack on brian stowe, the the savagely beaten by dodgers fans outside the dodger stadium. he suffered significant injuries. luna was wearing a 49ers jersey and black pants when he was found but it was unclear if he was targeted or being a niners fan. reggie: federal intelligence agents are looking out for any threats at sofi stadium leading up to the super bowl. multiple law enforcement agencies will be on the ground patrolling the inside and outside of the stadium. air security will also be a priority. >> i have worked closely with the faa on requesting a

temporary flight restriction, which will be published one week out before the game, and that will basically be something that you see at other events and something that we do when the president comes out, that it is a significant thing so that anything coming through the air, we are not just talking drones but also manned aircraft can only get so close to the stadium. reggie: the sheriff's office will give 300 deputies to the game. kumasi: nearly two dozen people are out of their homes after a fire in san francisco overnight. this is a look at the scene. it is not too far from the 16th street art station. you can see the massive emergency response just after midnight. two people had to go to the hospital. the fire damaged 13 apartments both -- above a restaurant. it is not clear if there is damage to the business but firefighters did have the fire under control in two hours.

a los gatos mother accused of hosting boozy sex parties including teenagers is due back in court. a judge continued the hearing for shannon o'connor to this morning. at least six of the alleged victim spoke telling a judge that o'connell -- o'connor would torment her accusers if she was released. there are 15 alleged victims which is unusually high for one case. o'connor's lawyers say she is not a risk for public safety and there is no legal cause for her to relate -- remain in jail. reggie: the san francisco police department is terminating an agreement for the da to investigate police shootings. as tim johns tells us, one of the big questions as who is going to investigate the shootings? tim: the agreement dates back several years and was introduced under george gascon, was removed -- renewed this july. >> it is a binding agreement

that lists may be high-level sort of principles and in this particular case about how the district attorney might investigate and officer-involved shooting. tim: this comes as a department officer is scheduled to stand trial while -- for beating a man with a baton while responding to a domestic violence call. the da investigator involved with the case testified thash pd evidence. now in a letter sent to the district attorney, the police chief said "the rules had been broken and therefore he was terminating the agreement." that was something he doubled down on while speaking at the list -- police commission meeting wednesday night. >> everything that has to do with the mou and the impacts all depends on us -- on this being a fair system that we have confidence in. this is what it is about. tim: the district attorney's

to be true. it certainly is going to change lives here in fremont. you can build a brand-new station, this one built in 2017 but you have to have access to it. this bridge is going to create the access that so many need. it connects the station to the innovation district where there are a lot of technology companies, including tesla. more are popping up and those people need a direct path to bart. before they had a railroad track in between that district and also some homes and the bart station. they would have to go around the railroad track and it was a mess. building the bridge happen for these people. it was not easy, there were delays and it was supposed to open in 2018. this opening comes when ridership is way down for a bart. they are nowhere near their pre-pandemic levels. the hope is that as people decide to return to bart, they

kumasi: the city of pleasanton and cruised -- approved a grant to help business owners improve their apartment. they were forced to take down -- the city is working on a standard design that it says can be used in approved locations which will be available in april. reggie: a san jose city council committee voted to move forward with a pal -- with the proposal to cover the cost of permit fees for the lighthouse ministries food pantry. after a recent complaint the nonprofit was told it would need a special use permit to give out food. according to san jose spotlight

the deadline will be pushed back and the full city council will vote on the fee waiver proposal sometime this year. kumasi: a state senator wants to make it easier for people to hunt wild pigs. he points to discussion -- destruction and public health risks as a way to get the feral pig population under control. not everyone agrees that hunting is the answer. >> we have seen the surveillance footage, video after video of wilde pigs plotting -- wilde pigs -- wild immunities. they are dangerous and destructive says bill dodd. his district spans parts of six counties including solano and sonoma. he recently introduced a bill that would replace the current wild pig requirement. licensed hunters in california need to have a tag for each pig killed. >> there are no tags in this case. i get a license and they are free to go out and take as many
