month the uss hornet museum in alameda is honoring the immeasurable contributions of african-americans to the armed services the display highlights the rich history of african-americans in all branches of the service and with nasa there are photos and biographies and stories describing a rich and important part of american history. there's so many significant things that have happened in american history and if we forget that if we don't teach that to each next generation, you know, we lose touch with with what has happened in the past. what helped? us as a nation now.

official. there is a new world record for hula hooping kai sandmeyer of germany is the latest record holder after hula hooping in this position abdominal planking. yeah. this is really hard. he did it for six minutes 34 seconds. last record was three minutes and 36 seconds. so it totally smoked that now to train for the event every morning before work sandmeyer would do a yoga session and a workout. he found that the planking required more training than hula hooping. i am not surprised. i can barely do it for a minute myself and speaking of hula hooping. we actually have a resident expert tyler, but i can't do that while playing i mean, can you imagine you're doing great spencer you're doing great. i've been i've been who i was like 10 or 11 years old, which is like almost 65 years.
