take off your mask as you head into a restaurant or a store, or a gym. you need to know what your county has decided. here in this county officials are still evaluating the situation and they will announce any changes to the local mask mandates as soon as they are finalized. in the bay area the only county right now that is lifted its mask mandate is marin county. the state has announced the state mask mandate will expire a week from today. it is up to local counties and officers to decide what the local mandates will be, they will -- if they will keep the same once in place or make changes. there are some that think this is too soon. many have sent -- said they are still too many omicron variant cases to do this. here's what a doctor says about why this timing is ok. >> the bay is looking good in

not me! >> family members of a missing fisherman are going to be in the north bay searching for them. he and two others were swept into the ocean yesterday afternoon. it happened nearly each outlook near marin county. >> two of the fishermen or rescued along the water, but the third is still missing this morning. he was one of the two who was rescued. they were fishing when the waves intensified he described the moment when his cousin josé struggled in the water. >> he was asking help me. the waves were huge and they were eating them down.

stuck in traffic. >> i'll try to figure out why the skies were not going, and i saw two cop cars coming in the opposite direction and i knew something was up. i set a recording, and i see this cop doing doughnuts on the road. reggie: the officers suffered mining -- minor injuries. the separatist complete the permit asking help to find a suspect linked to at least eight bank robberies. it happened this past weekend the most recent one. here is the suspect, they are releasing these photos and hoping someday will recognize him. investigators say in all the robberies the suspect handed the teller a threatening note after getting the cash he took off. if you recognize him please contact the san francisco police department. >> marin county is expected to outline its plan to help reduce food waste and landfills by 75%. the new local ordinance is in line with a new state law that requires your banana peels to be
