liz: here is a live our abc 7 roof camera. around noon yesterday in the neighborhood of rain valley manor, police responded to calls of a man hitting his female neighbor in the head with a baseball bat. neighbors reported hearing a gunshot from a neighbor's home. a body found in marin county has been identified as a fisherman who disappeared last monday. jose pedilla was one of several men fishing when a wave

knocked him into the water. he moved to san francisco from honduras when he was 15. the red cross are helping residents who survived a fire. one person was sent to the hospital and is expected to be ok. two dogs who are staying with a pet center were rescued. two cats were also saved. crews had the fire under control within an hour. part of building a better bay area is looking at issues that impact the climate. starting next year, every semitruck in california has to be a new model to meet emissions standards. >> this is a disaster waiting to happen. >> bill is the president of
