new video of a helicopter crashing off of miami beach. >> we are seeing new video of a helicopter crash. helicopter carrying three people falls into the water off miami beach. you can see the chopper splash down just feet away from the beach. >> from the crash point, it was maybe six meters. i was really scared. >> it landed near a s s you can see one of these skids sticking out the shallow water. first responders and bystanders swarming to help. >> helicopter started tipping.

pilot was treated for injuries. closing arguments in the federal hate crime trial of three georgia men accused and convicted of killing ahmaud arbery. the jury heard testimony last week. gregory mcmichael, his son, and william bryan killed arbery in 2020. the three chased him down while he was jogging. a georgia judge sentenced them to life terms. prosecutors argued race was a factor. reggie: the san francisco mayor appeared on me depressed, talked about recalls, the school board. she supported the school board recalled but has not made a decision about the da. >> ultimately, what would i want to be able to do is nick shore the decision i make is not an
