the coastline. a lot of us down to a quarter mile visibility, so we have a dense fog advisory in the north bay valleys, which means this fog is going to linger for much of our morning, so maybe add a few extra minutes to your morning commute. we will take you to our rooftop camera. look at that fog. the dense fog is with us this morning, a blend of sun and clouds. we still expect showers tomorrow but we have some changes to the timing and amount of rain. we will have those details coming up. reggie: developing news this morn on the war in ukraine. russian state media reports a second round of talks with ukraine will happen today. ukrainian officials have yet to confirm that. this is dramatic video of a roof falling off a security services of ukraine building. it is unclear if anyone was hurt in the attack. russia claims to have captured a ukrainian port city, the largest

out of ukraine safely. the level of urgency coming from the cofounders of the group. >> a bear area -- bay area resident helped found a nonprofit for unwanted dogs in ukraine several years ago, trying to find them homes in america. now she is working to get her team and animals out of ukraine. she is raising money through facebook to try to pay drivers to transfer the dogs and volunteers out of ukraine. she is hoping to get them to poland or romania. the russian invasion stranded 15 members of her team caring for about 40 dogs. the ukrainian native says it has been tough to get animals out of the country. many volunteers have opted to stay with the animals, many spending nights in makeshift bomb shelters with the animals as the war rages on. >> i am afraid that people will
