call you out. reggie: i cannot wait to see this. the plot thickens. good morning on this march 11. drew, let's check in with you. drew: we have a chilly start to the day, a frost advisor in the north bay valleys until 9:00 a.m. it includes santa fe and sonoma and napa. temperatures in the 30's. our coldest spots are in the 30's like san jose. elsewhere in the low to mid 30's -- low to mid 40's. we are expecting a lot of sunshine today and temperatures to one quickly out of the chilly numbers. by noon in the 60's. by 4:00 p.m. we find a warmer afternoon, temperatures in the 60's around the bay. our warmest spots in the warm 70's -- in the mid 70's. reggie: for investigators will

be arriving into san bruno. they're looking into what costs the caltrans crash that injured people. it happened yesterday morning on the tracks of sinfully bay and huntington avenue. a work truck was on the tracks when a train crashed into it. amy hollyfield is live near the scene for us. amy: the train is still here, look kind me. they have it lit up and you can see the truck it hit. it is overturned on its side, lying on the track. commuters, this is why you will not be coming through here today. the wreckage is still here. we want to show you the view from sky 7 to give you a sense of where this is happening and the scope of this issue and and scene investigators will be looking at, looking for evidence and trying to figure out what happened. caltrans officials said they

were doing construction on the tracks but they don't know why the truck was here on the tracks. the train hit that truck. it was about 10:40 yesterday morning and 30 people were hurt. it started a fire. one person was earned in the fire. that person suffered the most serious injuries and was taken to the unit. four others had moderate injuries. eight others were treated at the scene. passengers described what it was like trying to escape after the crash. >> it was a very scary moment for everybody. we were all very anxious to get off as soon as possible. >> my glasses broke. it hurt my eyes, there. amy: this was a southbound train in sound -- in san bruno. investigators now have to figure

burn marks on the side. the truck it it is still overturned, lying on its side on the tracks. we also have a look from sky 7. you can see it was a southbound train. sky 7 is no longer with us. continuing to see the view from the ground, it is an incredible site. it is still here this morning. this was a southbound train that crashed in san bruno. this is why you will not be coming through here today. the tracks are still blocked. federal and local investigators will be on the scene trying to figure out why a maintenance vehicle was on the tracks at 10:40 yesterday morning when this crash happened and why the communication broke down. >> although the equipment should have been cleared. we have been doing construction on the tracks throughout electrification so that is under investigation. we will give an answer as soon as we have one. amy: 13 people were hurt in this
