freeway. a mother from hayward pleaded not guilty to charges she killed her eight-year-old daughter. earlier this month she was arrested on child abuse charges in hayward after her daughter went missing. a day later police found the child's body inside the mayor said county home of johnson's boyfriend to her attorney says people cannot rush to judgment. >> thoseshe has not been convicf anything and no evidence has yet to be presented in a court of law that she is guilty of anything. she is innocent. as she stands here today. >> her boyfriend is wanted by police and is charged with murder in the case. quick san jose police investigators say they know of no connection between a police shooting in a homicide that took place a block away. police have yet to make an arrest in the fatal shooting of a man around 2:40 five yesterday

morning. the second incident placed 25 minutes later. officers investigating the first shooting witnessed a commotion coming from a nearby restaurant. officers shot and wanted a man who police say had pointed a gun at another person. collects two major incidents right around the corner. in my 24 years, i've never been a part of anything like that. certainly different parts of the city. right around the corner. you take 100 pages and you are in one scene to the other. >> police have yet to release the names of men in either shooting. collects an argument led to a shooting that we did two people outside in east bay bowling alley. police say two groups got into an argument last night inside the bowling alley which continued into the parking lot. that is where someone opened fire hitting two people and several cars. the victims were treated and released from the hospital. police are shooting -- are searching for the shooter who

year, the ruby princess cruise ship is back in san francisco with covid infected passengers on board. the ship is docked at pier 27. it is a huge ship. it was returning from a 15 day cruise to panama. on the way back, testing identified some positive cases among passengers and crew. princess cruises says there -- they were always asymptomatic or were mildly symptomatic. >> the san jose mayor is set to testify before the assembly transportation committee in support of a bill to test automated speed enforcement cameras. the pilot would take place in six cities he says the cameras would help local law enforcement agencies uphold speed limits on busy streets. >> today, bay area congressman rochon and the city of santa clara announced a new bikeway project in the south bay.
