>> yeah. >> she wasted no time getting her second covid booster shot because she's got a lot of living to catch up on with her family. >> i have three grandchildren and i see them quite often. >> in former victoria's secret store is now a county vaccine clinic inside the north gate mall. where most people are looking for that fourth shot. >> i wanted to make sure i was covered. >> he got his second booster. >> ready to party now. >> on tuesday, the c.d.c. recommended an additional booster for immuneo comprised and nose over 50 who got their first booster seven to eight months ago. >> they're ready to get theirs. >> next the boosters we got before are probably kind of wearing off by now. that's what the cata is showing. >> boosters were also happening here at marin community

sending supplies to refugees. held to abc news/take action. a shooting in san jose happened about 7:00 this morning. right now police say they don't have a suspect or motive. er in asking for information and say a cash reward is available. and a manhunt is on after two people were shot in san francisco. it happened yesterday afternoon in the area of third street and palou avenue. officers say a 21-year-old man was shot and killed. investigators marked several clothing stores. a man was wounded and is expected to survive. no arrests have been made. just ahead, a warning today from state health officials about imported oysters. we have all the details and marijuana gets one big step closer to getting federal approval and that would mean it would likely cost more.

state. canadian officials are investigating the source of the outbreak and have shut down multiple oyster farms. house lawmakers voted to definitively decriminalize marijuana. that measure would expunge the record of people contribute bed of non-violent federal offenses and allow federal workers to use it and allow it for medical use of servicemen. opponents of california's landmark diversity law have won a legal victory. a los angeles judge passed in 2020 violates the constitution. that law keeps certain boards from a certain racial or ethnic, or lgbt group.

62, san francisco. 67 at most other locations around the bay shoreline. a high of 71 at the bay. 767 in antioch and up in the north bay, low to mid 70's as well. early monday morning, a wave of some light precipitation moving into parts of southern california. maybe a sprinkle or two early monday in the north bay. after that, we get clearing and drying out and by middle week that, big warm-up coming our way. highs in the low 70's inland on monday but by tuesday, upper 70's. low 70's around the bay shoreline. middle 80's inland by wednesday. we expect temperatures near 90 degrees inland on thursday. maybe some records. still quite warm on friday and the temperatures will moderate by next saturday. >> summer is here. thanks. let's get to chris with a
