dion: california health officials are warning consumer of a norovirus outbreak from oysters. 34 people have become infected. people have reported illnesses from march 11 through march 19th from nine restaurants across the state. canadian officials are investigating the source of the outbreak and have shut down multiple oyster farms in british columbia lawmakers voted to decriminalize marijuana the record would expunge the report of people of noncannabis

offenses. it would clear it for cannabis use and alo the veteran administration to recommend medical marijuana to vets. it would authorize a sales tax on marijuana sales that bill now heads to the senate. opponents of california's landmark corporate diversity law have won a legal victory. a los angeles judge ruled the law passed in 2020 violate it is state constitution. the law requires corporate boards include a member from an underrimae represented community from certain racial, ethnic or lgbt groups the lawsuit from conservative legal group, judicial watch argued that the law violated the state's constitutional equal protection clause. alaska airlines is going gender neutral with its uniform policy for employees the airline said this week that the updated guidelines will provide more freedom and

we'll see some more high clouds moving in along with breezy conditions going into tomorrow night in advance of that cooldown, the further cooling on monday. for tonight look for low temperatures in the low to mid 40's. we'll see upper 40's along the bay mid 50's at the coast. and bayshore line mid 60's. skipping ahead with the forecast animation to tomorrow night. there's a system moving into the pacific northwest may bring some light sprinkles into the north bay. it will move quickly. we don't expect any measurable rainfall. they will lead to dryer weather and certainly much warmer, as we look at that time accuweather seven-day forecast. only low 70's on monday. and mid 60's around the bay. then on tuesday, temperatures rebound upper 70's inland. low 70's around the bay. mid inland around 90 on thursday. maybe higher that puts in near
