deadly shooting in downtown sacramento. at least 15 people have been shot. good morning, everybody. it is april 3. we are going to get to that breaking news in just a moment and the new developments coming in. let's start with a quick look at the weather. good morning. lisa: we are milder this morning. we don't have much in the way of cloud cover. we will see some high clouds move in from time to time. otherwise, a lot of sun on the way. it is 53 in alameda. from the east bay to the south bay, milder to start out. as we get toward 9:00, upper 60's inland. temperatures will be held down because we will see gusty winds along the coast. we will climb to the upper 60's around fremont.

we have some low 70's, only a few degrees cooler. there is a front to the north of us that will influence our day. we will talk about that rapid warm up coming up. liz: back to breaking news, shooting in sacramento has left at least six people dead. this happened in downtown sacramento, a few blocks from the state capital and not far from the golden one center where the kings and warriors play. no word on if there will be changes to the game. other videos that a posted on social media show people running through the street as gunfire is heard in the background. new images show the large police presence there. police have not released any other details about what may have led up to the shooting or any suspects that are involved. at least 15 people have been injured, six are dead in this
