evacuations are underway for people living near a taylor farms facility. because of this huge fire -- the concern is the fire could cause an ammonia explosion. the fire broke out last night. black smoke could be seen at least two miles away. we will stay on this breaking news. if we get more information we will let you know. kumasi: federal investigators are now helping to figure out what caused this massive fire that destroyed a south bay home depot. firefighters say this protocol to help investigate when you have an incident this large. hollyfi us live. amy: the atf is now involved so those federal investigators are asking for witnesses to come forward and share their accounts. if you are shopping at that

kumasi: a man is in custody after while chasten in oakley neighborhood. the man ran for it and ended up jumping from rooftop to rooftop along 3rd street. he broke into a house and barricaded himself in the basement. the family upstairs heard everything. they ran out. officers say the man try to set a fire. they sent a police dog in and then this happened. >> he stuck a police dog with a stick and now we are negotiating with him because he is in a crawlspace and we cannot get to him. >> he started a fire in the basement. kumasi: officers tase the man and fired at him with a beanbag shotgun. the police dog is reported to be ok. reggie: police are investigating allegations of drink tampering at a local bar. the mayor says a woman posted

in blossom hill this morning. amy: if you are shopping at this home depot on saturday they would like you to come forward and tell your story as they investigate this case. the atf is involved in this investigation so federal and local officials taking a look at this. they have not said what caused this fire. they're also investigating claims from shoppers and employees that the sprinkler system did not go off. >> i had to tell two gentlemen, they were spanish speakers, i let them know there is a fire, we need to go. they did not understand what was being said. had the fire alarms going off, does not matter what language you spoke. amy: no one was hurt in this huge fire, but the store on blossom hill road in san jose was destroyed. authorities still have this area roped off.
