forecast coming up shortly. jobina: cases of covid-19 seem to be making a comeback. we have seen the test positivity rate up and now amy hollyfield is live in contra costa county hearing from doctors on what is behind the increase in whether or not this is because or concern. amy: the case numbers are going up, but if you look at what is happening at hospitals like the one behind me, all of the news isn't bad. lab technicians have been studying the wastewater around the bay area looking for covid and they are seeing the biggest spikes in san mateo and contra costa counties good the number of people in the hospital is down. >> in a city of one million, those are very low levels.
