abc 7 news report amanda del castillo has new images -- reporter amanda del castillo has new images of the suspect. amanda: police say this is the man who kidnapped the three-month-old from his san jose home. the boy was found tuesday morning after a 20 hour search that ended miles from where he was taken. asking for the public's help monday evening, police released this surveillance footage showing a man with a baby carrier casually walking along elm street and in this exclusive footage shared with abc 7 news, timestamps uncover that same man leaving only five minutes later. >> right then and there, i thought that was the guy. amanda: our only glimpse of the kidnapping. police say it was instrumental in the investigation. >> you can tell when he was walking towards the house, it was light and when he had it walkinback, itksik the was some weight in there. amanda: the baby's grandmother telling place she was unloading groceries outside with the

three-month-old in the house and returned upstairs to find him missing. a massive search for the baby involved the fbi. three suspects are in custody with some connection to the family although police are not specifying. >> there is still much more for detectives to do. i would not want to give any information that could impede that investigation. amanda: the baby was found along mathur drive where an employee found a man she thought was suspicious that at the scene tuesday morning, at least five officers with vests that read san jose police gang unit were seen carrying evidence from the home where the baby was found. police did not elaborate on why the special unit was there. our knocks were not answered but neighbors described their shock. maria alvarado said they had the boy right here all this time and she did not know it. at the babies home, residents are still trying to make sense

dan: police say more than 80 children fell victim to an online child sexual predator in sacramento. the following details are disturbing but it is information that investigators really want parents to know. most of the victims were between the ages of six and 13 from across the nation including valeo and oakley. demetrius davis of sacramento county faces charges. the sheriff's office released a video statement saying davis posed as a girl online, sent kids child poor, and convinced them to take part in sexual acts with other children. in some cases, their siblings. >> please check your children's electronic devices. if you believe your child may have engaged in illicit communications or sent illicit content over the internet to a

subject named lizzie, please contact sacramento county sheriff's office. dan: investigators think davis may have victimized as many as 100 children between 2020 and last december. ama: in the east bay, parents of students at oakland public school are being told to keep their children home on friday because of a planned teachers strike. teachers say it will be a one unfair labor practice strike. at issue is the school district's planned closure of 11 schools. teachers say it targets predominately black and brown committees. >> ousd disregarded our agreement with the oakland education association to have a one year community engagement process to close schools which ultimately led to this strike. >> ousd says there has not been a final ruling on the unfair labor charge. the district says it respects the right to protest but urges the union to reconsider its "illegal activity." dan: east bay mud has made water

cutbacks mandatory for its customers. the board voted to declare a drought emergency and require water usage reductions of 10%. this came after the board rejected a proposal that would have made 15% cutbacks mandatory. those who use too much water can expect a surcharge on their monthly bill. the board will consider the reduction rate again when it meets in november. ama: in the north bay, the track is warning fans and drivers not to display the confederate flag. they banned the flag during the 2020 season because of the pandemic. there were no races last year. it's not clear what prompted the morning since four races have already been held this season. a message was posted last week on the track's facebook page. dan: san francisco is ready to celebrate aapi heritage month. the city has paid tribute to the asian-american community during the month of may. it is more than a celebration of history, culture, and tradition.
